About Me
Samantha Patterson (Owner/Founder) is an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who has been working with older adults for 10 years across multiple different healthcare settings from Home Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Driver Rehab, Outpatient, and Skilled Nursing with roles including evaluating OTR/L and Rehab Director.
Samantha has a passion about approaching the challenges of aging with a person-centered approach — engaging in active listening and ensuring the goals match the values, interests, and priorities of the client. She has been a Moore County, NC resident for the past 10 years.
